Mobile Learning Experience Design
This project demonstrates my ability to design engaging mobile learning experiences using instructional design principles, user centered navigation, and interactive learning elements. Project Overview
First Week Ready is a mobile onboarding prototype designed to provide learners with flexible, on-demand access to essential training content. The experience combines intuitive navigation, multimedia content, interactive activities, and immediate feedback to support employee engagement and successful onboarding. The prototype demonstrates how mobile learning can extend training beyond traditional environments while maintaining clear learning objectives and an accessible learner experience.
Reflection
Designing this experience strengthened my ability to translate learning objectives into intuitive, mobile-first instruction. I can apply evidence-based design principles, multimedia learning strategies, and user-centered navigation to create learning experiences that are accessible, engaging, and practical for learners who need information at the point of need.
